Job Title: Decor Production Executive / Manager
We are looking for a skilled and organized Decor Production professional to manage the execution of décor designs from concept to completion. The role involves overseeing the fabrication, logistics, installation, and dismantling of event setups while maintaining the highest standards of quality, creativity, and efficiency. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in event décor production, vendor management, and on-ground coordination.
Minimum Experience: 3+ Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the end-to-end production and execution of décor setups for events, weddings, and corporate functions.
- Translate design concepts and layouts into executable production plans and technical drawings.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely and cost-effective production.
- Liaise with vendors, fabricators, florists, and material suppliers for fabrication, props, and décor elements.
- Oversee on-site setup and installation, ensuring adherence to design, quality, and safety standards.
- Manage manpower, production timelines, and resource allocation for each project.
- Conduct quality checks at various stages of production and ensure flawless event execution.
- Maintain inventory of décor materials, props, and re-usable assets.
- Handle on-site problem-solving, last-minute adjustments, and client coordination during execution.
- Ensure timely dismantling and proper storage of décor elements post-event.
