Job Description – Team Leader (Website Sales)
Location: Saltlake , Sector V
Shift: US Shift
Experience: 3+ years in sales, preferably website/web solutions sales
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly targets.
- Drive sales of website design, development, and related digital solutions.
- Handle team performance, coaching, and daily sales activities.
- Monitor leads, conversions, revenue, and individual/team KPIs.
- Assist the team in client negotiations and closing high-value deals.
- Build strong relationships with clients and ensure a positive sales experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales, with team-handling experience preferred.
- Experience in website, web development, digital marketing, or IT sales is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Comfortable working in the US shift.
- Target-oriented with a strong focus on achieving revenue goals.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
