Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate the telecalling team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for home loan and LAP leads.
- Allocate leads, track performance, and ensure timely follow-up with potential customers.
- Monitor calls and provide regular feedback and sales coaching to team members.
- Coordinate with field sales and credit teams for lead conversion and documentation.
- Maintain MIS reports and update lead management systems accurately.
- Ensure adherence to compliance, company policies, and quality standards.
- Handle escalations and resolve customer queries effectively.
- Drive productivity through regular training, motivation, and performance reviews.
- Analyze team performance metrics and suggest process improvements.
- Assist in planning calling campaigns and promotional activities.
