Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and organized Clerk to handle daily clerical and office work while actively supporting sales activities to achieve branch business targets. The candidate should ensure smooth branch operations and quality customer service.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day clerical and office-related work
- Maintain accurate files, records, and registers
- Assist in documentation for accounts, loans, deposits, and other products
- Support sales activities to achieve branch targets
- Coordinate with sales staff and assist in customer follow-ups
- Provide counter support and respond to customer queries
- Update data in systems and prepare basic reports
- Assist Branch Manager and Assistant Branch Manager as required
- Ensure compliance with company policies and office procedures
Educational Qualification
- Degree or Diploma (any discipline)
Experience
Experienced or freshers
- Experience in banking, finance, or co-operative society will be an added advantage
Other Requirements
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work responsibly and meet assigned targets
