- Measurement & Quantity Verification: Cross-check on-site work with design drawings and the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) to calculate exact volumes of concrete, steel, and finishes.
- Billing & Certification: Prepare stage-wise invoices (RA Bills) for clients and process subcontractor invoices based on the measured work progress.
- Reconciliation Statements: Regularly reconcile construction materials (like cement and steel) and funds against site usage and budgets to prevent wastage and discrepancies.
- Rate Analysis: Determine rates for non-BOQ items and variation claims by analyzing labor, material, and overhead costs in alignment with tender conditions.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise directly with project managers, site engineers, client representatives, consultants, and accounting departments to ensure bills are approved and payments are collected on time.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate measurement books (MB), work orders, and generate project MIS reports for top management.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
