Key Responsibilities:
- Handling day-to-day back office operations and administrative tasks.
- Preparing and maintaining insurance-related documents and records.
- Coordinating with insurance companies for policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, and claims.
- Processing policy documents, quotations, invoices, and payment records.
- Maintaining customer data and updating records in internal systems.
- Assisting customers with policy-related queries and providing timely support.
- Following up with clients and insurers for pending documents and updates.
- Supporting the team in claim processing and documentation.
- Preparing reports and maintaining proper filing of all documents.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of insurance processes and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
