We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant and ensure an exceptional dining experience for every guest. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining service quality, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving overall business performance.
The Restaurant Manager will supervise both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, coordinate with kitchen and service teams, and ensure smooth functioning during all service hours. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining high standards of hospitality, hygiene, and efficiency.
The candidate should also have a strong understanding of restaurant management practices, including staff scheduling, inventory control, cost management, and customer relationship handling, along with the ability to contribute to business growth and team development.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
