The Operations & Inventory Executive will be responsible for monitoring outlet operations, inventory levels, stock movement, wastage, purchase requirements, and overall operational compliance across Rail Rolls outlets. The role requires regular coordination with Outlet Managers, Procurement, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure smooth and cost-effective operations.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management
- Monitor daily stock levels across all outlets.
- Maintain accurate records of opening stock, purchases, consumption, closing stock, and wastage.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification.
- Identify stock shortages, excess stock, and discrepancies.
- Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO practices are followed.
- Monitor expiry dates and prevent stock wastage.
2. Outlet Operations
- Monitor day-to-day operational activities of assigned outlets.
- Ensure outlets follow company SOPs and operational standards.
- Coordinate with Outlet Managers regarding operational requirements.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
