ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervising all fabrication/ welding/ finishing activities on the shop floor
- Planning manpower, machine, material to increase productivity and reduce costs
- Inspecting product at all stages of production and post production, including buffing, polishing, painting, powder coating
- Monitor consumable consumption to control the cost
- Maintaining safe and good quality environment in shop floor
- Responsible for training all operators/ technicians/ helpers
- Responsible for maintaining discipline within the team by all workers
- Implementation of KAIZEN and 5s culture in shop floor.
- Achieve timely dispatch of orders as per the project timelines
- Responsible for coordinating with interdependent departments to ensure timely delivery and dispatch
QUALIFICATION & SKILLS:
- BE/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience in the field of fabrication and production is mandatory
- Must be familiar with all the processes of welding
- Should have knowledge of interpreting drawing/design documents.
- 1-5 years of experience as in sheet metal fabrication and welding
- Knowledge of Kaizen and 5S
- Able to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Good written and oral communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
