Minimum one year on paper as Team lead in International BPO voice process
Experience of handling team of 10-12 agents in International inbound voice process
Good knowldge of Team lead responsibilities
Able to handle team efficiently
Sound knowldge of SLAs, attrition, shrinkage and other attributes
Willing for night rotational shifts
5 days working with 2 rotational offs
Excellent English communication skills
