Role Overview:
The Operations Manager leads the Alarm Centre, ensuring seamless execution of patient transfers, vendor management, and client satisfaction. This role drives efficiency, compliance, and quality standards across the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the entire Operations (Alarm Centre) team.
- Ensure end-to-end coordination of patient transfers, repatriations, and charters.
- Approve and finalize quotations for management.
- Build and maintain global provider networks for ambulance, hospital, airlines, and accommodation.
- Ensure compliance with airline regulations, visa requirements, and international protocols.
- Review and improve SOPs to align with business needs.
- Coordinate with management, BD, and insurance teams to ensure high service quality.
- Monitor team performance, conduct training sessions, and ensure continuous improvement.
- Handle escalations and ensure successful mission completion under tight deadlines.
Qualifications & Experience:
- IIM/MBA in Travel, Healthcare, Aviation, Insurance, Pharma or Business Management.
- 5–8 years of experience in operations/medical assistance/aviation/healthcare.
- Proven expertise in international patient transfer coordination.
- Strong leadership and vendor management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage critical cases.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
