We are looking for a proactive, research-oriented, and detail-focused Global Business Development Associate to join our growing Business Development team.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Commercial Activities:
- Understand customer requirements for IT infrastructure products and services.
- Prepare quotations and commercial proposals based on customer requirements.
- Compare vendor/OEM pricing and identify commercially suitable options.
- Maintain quotation records and follow up on pending requirements.
- Track quotation status and records.
Purchase & Vendor Coordination:
- Coordinate with OEMs, distributors and suppliers for product availability and pricing.
- Obtain and compare vendor quotations.
- Prepare purchase cost comparisons and assist in vendor selection.
- Coordinate purchase orders, delivery schedules and material availability.
- Follow up with vendors for pending deliveries and commercial queries.
- Maintain basic purchase and vendor records.
