About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager - Closing to drive sales closures for our premium residential projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end sales closures for premium residential projects.
- Conduct site visits and present project features, amenities, and sample flats to prospective buyers.
- Build strong relationships with customers and guide them through the purchase process.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential units.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with CRM, legal, finance, and other internal teams to facilitate smooth documentation and booking processes.
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular updates on sales progress and closures.
- Achieve individual sales targets while maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences in the Western Mumbai residential market.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: 5–7 years of experience in residential real estate sales.
- Proven experience in handling premium residential properties with ticket sizes of ₹3–5 crore and above.
- Strong understanding of the Western Mumbai residential real estate market.
- Demonstrated expertise in presenting sample flats, conducting site visits, negotiating with customers, and closing high-value deals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced sales environment.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
