- Maintain consistent brand identity across all online and offline channels.
- Build brand awareness and market positioning in domestic and international markets.
- Manage product launches, exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events.
AI-Driven Marketing
- Implement AI-powered marketing tools for customer segmentation, personalization, and campaign optimization.
- Utilize predictive analytics to understand customer behavior and purchasing patterns.
- Develop automated customer engagement workflows through CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Monitor AI-driven campaign performance and optimize marketing spend.
Digital Marketing & Performance Marketing
- Lead SEO, SEM, social media marketing, influencer marketing, and content marketing initiatives.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Increase website traffic, lead generation, and online sales conversions.
- Oversee e-commerce marketing and online marketplace branding activities.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Develop customer retention and loyalty programs.
- Manage customer databases and AI-powered CRM systems.
- Create personalized marketing campaigns for repeat purchases and customer engagement.
- Analyze customer feedback and improve customer experience.
Market Research & Analytics
- Conduct market intelligence, competitor analysis, and trend forecasting.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare management reports.
- Track customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), conversion rates, and customer lifetime value (CLV).
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor marketing, branding, digital marketing, content, and CRM teams.
- Coordinate with sales, merchandising, production, and management departments.
- Manage relationships with advertising agencies, influencers, and marketing partners.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
