Position: Fashion Designer

About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with a designer label and possess a strong understanding of luxury womenswear, garment construction, textiles, and surface development.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and development of seasonal collections from concept to final garment.
- Develop garment silhouettes, technical details, and design specifications.
- Research fashion, textiles, colours, silhouettes, and market trends.
- Work closely with pattern masters and sampling teams to achieve the desired fit and finish.
- Develop embroidery and surface embellishment concepts
- Ensure garments meet quality, construction, and finishing standards.
- Coordinate with merchandising and production teams to maintain development timelines.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience, preferably with an Indian designer label or luxury fashion brand.
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design from a recognised institute.
- Strong understanding of garment construction, pattern development, fabrics, and garment finishing.
- Good knowledge of Indian textiles, embroideries, and surface embellishment techniques.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Strong visual sensibility with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and collaborative skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
