Job Summary
The Customer Relationship Officer is responsible for handling customer enquiries, maintaining good customer relationships, and providing excellent customer service.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Attend customer calls, messages, and enquiries.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations and orders.
- Maintain customer records and update details.
- Coordinate with sales and other departments for customer requirements.
- Resolve customer complaints politely and professionally.
- Provide information about products and services.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through proper communication and support.
Skills Required

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Positive and professional attitude.
Qualification
- Any Degree or Diploma.
- Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
