About the Role
We are looking for a creative and passionate Visual Designer with 1–2 years of experience who has a strong eye for aesthetics and a desire to create impactful digital experiences. You will work closely with our design, marketing, and development teams to produce engaging visuals across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creatives for social media, digital marketing campaigns, websites, and landing pages.
- Create banners, brochures, presentations, infographics, and other marketing collateral.
- Assist in developing brand identities and maintaining brand consistency.
- Design graphics, icons, illustrations, and visual assets for digital products.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create visually appealing interfaces.
- Support marketing initiatives with high-quality creative content.
- Revise designs based on feedback and ensure timely delivery.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and AI-powered creative technologies.
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in Graphic Design or Visual Design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to design for both digital and print media.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Good to Have
- Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro.
- Experience with Canva or similar design tools.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, or Midjourney.
- Basic understanding of responsive web design and UI principles.

Pay: ₹15,204.23 - ₹48,838.88 per month
