Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare and review architectural designs as per UDCPR, CDCPR, CIDCO, NAINA regulations.
· Ensure compliance with building regulations and approval processes.
· Design Master plans for Industrial, Commercial, Residencial & hospitality projects.
· Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Photoshop.
· Able to handle Maha Fire, BPMS & BPAMS portal for online submissions and approval processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
· B.Arch with 7-8 years of experience in industrial/infrastructure projects.
· Knowledge of UDCPR, MIDC
· , and approval processes.
· Experience handling projects from concept stage to execution.
· Familiarity with BPMS portal working and documentation.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
