We are looking for a motivated and energetic Solar Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing solar energy team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, promoting solar solutions, handling customer inquiries, and converting prospects into successful solar installations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate residential and commercial solar leads through field marketing, digital marketing, references, and calling.
- Explain benefits of solar systems including electricity savings and ROI.
- Handle customer follow-ups and maintain lead records.
- Conduct site visit coordination and customer meetings.
- Promote on-grid solar systems, net metering, and government subsidy benefits.
- Create awareness through social media, WhatsApp marketing, and local campaigns.
- Coordinate with installation and technical teams for smooth project execution.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of solar energy and marketing.
- Experience in sales, telecalling, or field marketing preferred.
- Ability to use WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and online lead platforms.
