Position: Assistant Manager – Human Resources (Hotel Industry)
Location: Malappuram, Kerala
Experience: 4–8 Years

Salary UPTO: 6 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities.
Handle employee relations, engagement, and grievance resolution.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
Support payroll processing, attendance management, and HR operations.
Coordinate performance management and training initiatives.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and MIS reports.
Assist in implementing HR policies and organizational development programs.
Collaborate with department heads to address manpower and workforce planning needs.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of HR operations and labor compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HRMS and MS Office applications.
Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
