Requirements
- 5–12 years of experience in Financial Services / Stock Broking
- MBA (Finance/Marketing), CA, or B.Com with strong Capital Markets knowledge preferred
- NISM / NCFM certification preferred
- Strong experience in Business Development, Sales & Client Relationship Management
- Good knowledge of Equity, F&O, Mutual Funds, Insurance, and Capital Markets
- Proven ability to achieve business, revenue, AUM, and client acquisition targets
- Strong leadership, team management, negotiation, and communication skills
- Knowledge of SEBI regulations, KYC, AML/PMLA, and compliance procedures
- Ability to manage office operations, client issues, and regulatory requirements
- Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, problem-solving, and professional integrity
