- Customer Consultation: Welcome customers, listen to their vehicle concerns, and help identify necessary maintenance or repairs.
- Vehicle Inspection: Conduct preliminary walk-arounds to note existing damages, document accessories, check fuel levels, and record vehicle history.
- Estimate & Job Card Creation: Prepare detailed repair orders (job cards). Calculate costs for parts and labor, check warranty coverages, and get customer approval before work begins.
- Workshop Coordination: Relay instructions clearly to technicians, monitor the progress of repairs, and track turnaround time.
- Status Updates: Communicate proactively with customers via phone or messaging apps to update them on service progress or to request approval for additional, unforeseen repairs.
- Vehicle Delivery: Explain the billed services, completed repairs, and maintenance recommendations to the customer.
- Sales & Up-selling: Promote value-added services, preventive maintenance, extended warranties, and genuine accessories.
Key Qualifications & Skills
- Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of automotive systems, parts, and repair processes to translate complex technician jargon for customers.
- Customer Service & Communication: Professional, empathetic, and persuasive communication skills to build trust and resolve customer complaints.
- Organization & Multitasking: Ability to handle high volumes of customers, manage multiple job cards simultaneously, and meet strict deadlines.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Dealer Management Systems (DMS) or CRM software for billing, scheduling, and tracking service records.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
