Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily hotel operations and ensure smooth departmental coordination.
- Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns promptly.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate hotel staff.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, revenue, and operational performance.
- Ensure the property is well-maintained and compliant with safety and legal standards.
- Coordinate with maintenance, vendors, and suppliers.
- Maintain company SOPs, quality standards, and statutory compliance.
- Prepare operational reports and implement continuous improvements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in hotel operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
