Position: HR Cum Accounts Executive
Location: Delhi

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR Cum Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations along with accounting activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in payroll, recruitment coordination, invoicing, accounting entries, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts & Finance
- Handle accounting entries and voucher posting
- Prepare invoices and maintain billing records
- Work on Tally for daily accounting activities
- Maintain expense records and financial documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams for payment and invoice tracking
HR Operations
- Manage employee attendance and leave records
- Handle payroll processing and salary coordination
- Support recruitment activities including sourcing and interview coordination
- Coordinate with HR/recruitment agencies for hiring requirements
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Assist in onboarding and employee engagement activities
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Tally & accounting entries
- Payroll and attendance management
- Recruitment coordination experience
- Invoice handling and documentation skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- MS Excel and basic reporting knowledge
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
