WE ARE HIRING: SENIOR VIDEO EDITOR
YouTube Long-Form | Instagram Reels | VFX & Motion Graphics
We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Video Editor to join the content team of a fast-growing fashion creator and personal brand.
The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of storytelling, audience retention and modern creator-style editing. We need someone capable of producing premium-quality YouTube videos and highly engaging Instagram Reels—not just basic cuts and transitions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Editing professional YouTube videos, vlogs and long-form content
* Creating high-retention Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
* Advanced VFX, motion graphics and text animation
* Cinematic transitions, masking, tracking and compositing
* Professional colour correction and colour grading
* Sound design, audio enhancement and music synchronisation
* Adding subtitles, graphics, overlays and visual effects
* Transforming raw footage into engaging, fast-paced content
* Delivering videos within the agreed deadlines
* Maintaining a consistent and premium visual identity
Mandatory Skills:
* Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
* Strong command of VFX, motion graphics and advanced editing techniques
* Excellent understanding of hooks, pacing, storytelling and audience retention
* Experience editing both long-form YouTube content and short-form social-media videos
* Ability to follow current YouTube and Instagram editing trends without compromising quality
Experience Required:
* Previous experience working with established YouTubers or Instagram creators
* A strong portfolio of professionally edited YouTube videos
* Proven experience editing Instagram Reels that have achieved high engagement or millions of views
* Applicants must provide live links to the exact videos and Reels personally edited by them
* Preference will be given to editors who have worked with recognised creators or high-following social-media accounts
Important: This is a dedicated Video Editor position only. It is separate from the Videographer role.
