About the Role
Diamico Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Lead Generation Specialist with a proven track record in sales, specifically within the software/SaaS industry. In this role, you will be the engine of our sales pipeline, identifying potential business opportunities, initiating first contact, and qualifying leads across both domestic (India) and international (Overseas) markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Market Outbound Research: Identify and target high-potential B2B prospects in India and international markets (e.g., US, UK, Middle East, SE Asia).
- Multi-Channel Prospecting: Reach out to cold and warm prospects via cold calling, personalized email campaigns, LinkedIn outbound, and other professional networks.
- Lead Qualification: Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect pain points, budget, authority, and timeline to ensure they are a strong fit for our software solutions.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized, up-to-date CRM database (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) of all leads, interactions, and follow-ups.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Account Executives and internal sales teams to schedule high-quality meetings and ensure a seamless handoff of qualified opportunities.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B Lead Generation, Business Development, or Inside Sales.
- Must-Have: Previous experience in Software Sales / SaaS prospecting.
- Proven track record of successfully targeting global markets (specifically India and overseas regions).
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. (An equivalent mix of education and standout sales experience will also be considered).
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (cross-cultural communication skills are vital for international outreach).
- Familiarity with sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, or similar data-scraping platforms.
- Strong understanding of tech concepts to confidently pitch software products.
- Resilience, goal-oriented mindset, and the ability to handle rejection with a positive attitude.
