Roles & Responsibilities
Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in IT recruitment.
Understand the functions and recruitment requirements of various departments.
Collect and manage monthly hiring requirements.
Source candidates through multiple recruitment channels and job portals.
Publish job postings, screen resumes, and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Ensure recruitment targets are achieved within the defined timelines.
