We're creating engaging content across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and other social platforms, and we're looking for a creative editor to help us scale our content.
Role Overview
We're looking for a talented Video Editor whose primary responsibility will be creating engaging short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) that capture attention and maximize retention. You'll also edit long-form YouTube videos and design social media graphics that align with our brand.

Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels, and TikTok videos.
- Edit long-form YouTube videos, podcasts, and educational content.
- Add captions, motion graphics, transitions, sound effects, background music, and visual effects where appropriate.
- Design engaging social media graphics, thumbnails, and promotional posts.
- Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form clips.
- Maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
- Work closely with our team to brainstorm creative content ideas and improve video performance.
- Deliver projects within agreed timelines.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
- Experience creating viral or high-retention short-form content.
- Good understanding of pacing, storytelling, hooks, and audience retention.
- Basic graphic design skills using Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Figma.
- Ability to create clean, modern, and visually appealing designs.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with Islamic, educational, or AI-related content.
- Motion graphics and animation skills.
- Knowledge of YouTube optimization and social media trends.
- Experience with AI-powered editing tools.
