Job Title: Personal Assistant
We are seeking a highly professional, discreet, and exceptionally organized Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth management of daily schedules, commitments, and operational tasks while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and coordinating calendars, appointments, meetings, and daily schedules
- Overseeing personal and professional correspondence, including calls, emails, and follow-ups
- Coordinating travel arrangements, logistics, and itineraries as required
- Assisting with personal errands, task management, and day-to-day administrative support
- Maintaining records, important documents, and confidential information with accuracy and discretion
- Liaising with vendors, service providers, and relevant stakeholders when necessary
- Anticipating needs and proactively ensuring efficient day-to-day functioning

- Exceptional organizational, planning, and time-management skills
