Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Executives to join our growing EdTech team in Jaipur. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in sales, client coordination, and business operations within the education sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with leads via calls to understand their home tutoring requirements
- Assist parents in selecting suitable tutors and scheduling demo sessions
- Ensure smooth coordination between parents and tutors
- Handle client queries and provide timely support
- Collect feedback after tutor placement to ensure service satisfaction
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
- Positive, confident, and result-oriented attitude
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and calling processes (preferred)
