Job Summary
We are hiring a Telecaller to handle outbound and/or inbound calls, interact with customers, and generate leads or support existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers or leads
- Handle inbound customer queries professionally
- Explain products/services clearly
- Maintain call records and update CRM/data sheets
- Follow up with interested leads
- Achieve daily/weekly targets
Requirements
- Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
- Confident and persuasive speaking skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
