Job Purpose:
Eyes and ears on ground. Ensure work is done correctly - right method, right quality, as per drawings. Technical supervision of site staff.
Key Responsibilities:
TECHNICAL SUPERVISION
- Verify work matches drawings - levels, dimensions, alignment
- Check shuttering, reinforcement before pour
- Monitor concrete quality during pour; ensure proper curing
- Stop work if quality compromised; solve technical queries
EXECUTION MONITORING
- Be present where critical work is happening
- Real-time issue reporting to PE/SPE - don't wait
- Maintain daily site diary
BILLING (CREATE or VERIFY)
- If no Lead Foreman: Create DPR/DLR yourself
- If Lead Foreman present: Verify their DPR/DLR for accuracy
- Submit final DPR/DLR to PE/SPE by 6 PM
- Click progress photos with date stamp
SAFETY OVERSIGHT
- Ensure PPE compliance; stop unsafe work
- Check scaffolding safety before use
Key Result Areas (KRAs):
- Zero rework due to quality issues
- DPR/DLR daily by 6 PM (100%)
- Issues reported same day
- Execution as per drawing
Qualifications: B.Tech/Diploma Civil (Fresher OK)
Experience: 0-3 years
Key Competencies:
Drawing reading, Technical knowledge, DPR/DLR, Quality eye
