Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Head Chef for our company owner's residence. The ideal candidate should have expertise in preparing Arabic, Continental, Chinese, and South Indian cuisine and be capable of independently managing all kitchen operations.
Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and serve high-quality Arabic, Continental, Chinese, and South Indian dishes.
- Manage day-to-day kitchen operations.
- Maintain food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards.
- Oversee inventory, stock management, and kitchen organization.
- Ensure efficient and smooth kitchen operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef.
- Strong expertise in Arabic, Continental, Chinese, and South Indian cuisine.
- Excellent knowledge of food safety and kitchen management.
- Ability to independently manage the kitchen.
