We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to support daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, maintain accurate records, organize documents, and assist in ensuring the smooth functioning of the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize physical and digital files.
- Perform accurate filing of office documents and records.
- Update and maintain company records, registers, and databases.
- Handle document scanning, photocopying, printing, and filing.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining reports, forms, and office documents.
- Ensure proper record keeping and document confidentiality.
- Coordinate with different departments for document collection and filing.
- Maintain office stationery and administrative supplies records.
- Assist in managing incoming and outgoing documents.
- Support the administration team with day-to-day office tasks.
- Ensure documents are stored and retrieved efficiently.
- Perform any other administrative duties assigned by the reporting manager.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (BBA/B.Com/B.A./B.Sc. or equivalent).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
