As the Chief Manager& Zonal Head of Training at Axis Max Life Insurance, you will be responsible for the development and execution of training strategies that enhance the skills and performance of our workforce. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive training strategy aligned with business goals.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements across the zonal teams.
- Design and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and seminars for employees at all levels.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.

Skills and Tools Required:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within training and development, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and innovative training methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate team members.
- Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and ROI.
- Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training tools.
- Experience in designing e-learning programs and utilizing digital training platforms is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with the insurance industry and regulatory requirements will be an added advantage.
