Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and experienced English & Social Studies (SST) Teacher for Middle School (Grades 5–7) to deliver engaging and curriculum-aligned lessons as per CBSE guidelines. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create an interactive learning environment that fosters critical thinking, creativity, and academic excellence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Academic Delivery
- Teach English Language, Literature, Grammar, and Social Studies (History, Geography, Civics) for Grades 5–7.
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with the CBSE curriculum.
- Use innovative teaching methodologies, digital tools, and experiential learning techniques.
- Encourage reading, creative writing, public speaking, debates, presentations, and project-based learning.
- Foster analytical thinking, comprehension, and problem-solving skills among students.
2. Assessment & Student Progress
- Design and conduct assessments, assignments, quizzes, and examinations.
- Evaluate student performance and provide timely, constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate academic records and prepare progress reports.
- Identify learning gaps and provide remedial support where required.
3. Classroom Management
- Create a positive, inclusive, and student-centric classroom environment.
- Maintain discipline and ensure effective classroom management.
- Encourage active participation and collaborative learning.
- Support students' social, emotional, and academic development.
4. Parent & School Collaboration
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and development.
- Attend PTMs, staff meetings, workshops, and school events.
- Collaborate with coordinators and fellow teachers for curriculum planning and implementation.
- Participate in co-curricular and literary activities organized by the school.

Eligibility Criteria
