Job Description
Kaizen Infotech Solutions Pvt. We are looking for a creative and motivated UI/UX Design Intern to join our product team. You will work closely with our designers, developers, and product managers on real-world applications — gaining hands-on exposure to the full design process, from research and wireframing to prototyping and handoff.
Responsibilities
- Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma or Adobe XD
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Conduct user research and translate feedback into actionable design improvements
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate and consistent implementation of designs
- Maintain and update UI component libraries and design systems
- Participate in design reviews and team brainstorming sessions
- Create visual assets including icons, illustrations, and banners
- Ensure all designs are responsive, accessible, and aligned with brand guidelines
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proficiency in Figma (preferred), Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools
- Understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and usability best practices
- A portfolio or project work demonstrating design thinking and visual skills
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage but not required
- Strong communication skills with the ability to incorporate feedback
- Eagerness to learn, attention to detail, and a curious mindset
