PSM Digital India is a dynamic digital marketing agency located in Ahmedabad. We are looking for an HR Executive with 1–2 years of experience to handle recruitment, employee coordination, attendance management, and day-to-day HR activities.
Key Responsibilities: Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
Schedule and coordinate interviews.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Handle attendance and leave management.
Coordinate payroll inputs and employee data.
Assist with employee engagement activities.
Address employee queries and support HR operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies.
Required Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Qualifications: Graduate or Postgraduate in HR, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 1–2 years of relevant HR experience.
