Job Summary
We are looking for a strategic, creative, and aesthetically driven Head – Brand & Marketing to lead the overall brand vision, creative direction, marketing strategy, PR, exhibitions, collaborations, and marketing execution across B2B and B2C verticals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual and quarterly brand and marketing strategies.
- Strengthen brand positioning across B2B and B2C verticals.
- Conceptualize and execute seasonal campaigns, including bridal and festive campaigns.
- Lead campaign shoots from concept to completion, including lookbooks, styling and creative production.
- Ensure premium and consistent luxury brand communication across all platforms.
- Lead and mentor Graphic Design, Content and Social Media teams.
- Oversee Instagram, social media strategy, content calendars and website coordination.
- Manage PR, press releases and collaborations with stylists, designers, celebrities, bloggers and artists.
- Represent the brand at fashion events and exhibitions.
- Lead branding for B2B/B2C exhibitions, booth design, store launches and experiential branding.
- Oversee visual merchandising and retail branding.
- Develop and manage annual marketing budgets and ensure cost discipline.
- Coordinate campaign shoots and jewellery movement logistics.
Candidate Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience in Luxury Jewellery / Fashion / Lifestyle Marketing.
- Strong experience in leading creative and marketing teams.
- Proven exposure to luxury brand building, campaign shoots and exhibitions.
- Experience handling PR and industry collaborations.
- Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution ability.
- Excellent aesthetic sense aligned with luxury branding.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Fashion Communication, Branding or a related field.
