1. LOCATION: This is a Hybrid job based in Kolkata. Candidates must currently reside in Kolkata or nearby areas. Outstation candidates will be automatically rejected.
2. EQUIPMENT: You MUST own a personal laptop (Intel i3 10th Gen / i5 8th Gen or above) and a stable broadband connection.

Job Overview
Hiring Customer Support Associates for a blended chat and voice process. This role transitions into a hybrid model after the initial training phase.
Salary & Perks
- Salary: Up to ₹15,000 CTC per month
- Perks: Free cab drop facility provided during odd hours on office days.
Work Model & Schedule
- Training Phase: First 40 days are strictly Work From Office (WFO) for training.
- Post-Training (Hybrid): 5 Days Work From Home (WFH) + 1 Day Work From Office (WFO) every week.
- Shifts: 9-hour rotational shifts (includes 1-hour break), 6 days working with 1 rotational week off.
Requirements
- Languages: Must be fully fluent in both English and Hindi (spoken and written).
- Process: Must be comfortable handling both voice calls and chat queues.
