Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system monitoring and incident response processes.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on issue resolution and system improvements.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Datadog.
- Experience in configuring and managing monitoring dashboards and alerts.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret system metrics and logs for troubleshooting.
- Ability to integrate Datadog with various cloud and on-premise environments.
- Knowledge of incident management and root cause analysis techniques.
- Familiarity with scripting or automation to enhance monitoring capabilities.
