Job Summary:
The Assistant Team Leader supports the Team Leader in managing daily operations and ensuring the team meets productivity and quality targets. The role involves supervising team members, coordinating tasks, and maintaining smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Team Leader in handling daily operations.
- Monitor team performance and ensure targets are achieved.
- Allocate tasks and track work progress.
- Train and support new employees.
- Maintain attendance, discipline, and team coordination.
- Report issues and performance updates to the Team Leader.
- Ensure safety rules and company policies are followed.
- Coordinate with other teams/departments as required.
Skills Required:
- Basic leadership and team handling skills.
- Good communication and coordination ability.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / reporting).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹225,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
