Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and track day-to-day operational processes
- Work requires filling small data on google sheets
- Communicate with internal teams and assist with our vendors to ensure smooth deliveries and functioning of the organisation
- Prepare reports and updates for management
Required qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Good follow-up skills
- Ability to analyse workflows and identify inefficiencies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Word, Google Sheets, Follow up, Tele calling, Typing
- Consistency in work
