> Prepare detailed cost estimates for Press tools, Blanking and forming dies, Welding fixtures and jigs, Prototype tooling and development tools.
> Analyse customer drawings, CAD data, and specifications for costing.
> Estimate Raw material cost, Machining cost, Outsourcing/vendor cost.
> Design and develop new tools, tooling, and fixtures for various manufacturing processes.
> Develop detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation for tool designs.
> Troubleshoot issues related to existing tools, die design, GDT (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), casting process.
Qualifications: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or relevant specialization (B. Tech/B.E.)
Software Skills: Solid works /NX / Auto CAD
Experience: Minimum 10 to 15 years’ experience in the related field.
CTC: 7.20 to 9.60 LPA
