Job Summary:
We are hiring an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment, ensuring the best talent acquisition for our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates through job portals and social media.
- Bulk Hiring
- Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Create and post job descriptions on relevant platforms.
- Maintain recruitment records and generate reports.
- Assist with onboarding and pre-employment formalities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- Atleast 3 month experience in Non-IT Recruitment
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and job portals.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹5,500.00 per month
