A Loan Against Property (LAP) Sales Executive identifies potential borrowers, markets mortgage-backed financial products, and drives lead conversion.
Key Role Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Conduct field activities, market visits, and network with real estate agents or connectors to source new clients.
- Client Consultation: Meet with prospective borrowers to explain loan eligibility, interest rates, and EMI structures.
- Document Processing: Collect and validate KYC, income proofs (ITRs/salary slips), and property deeds.
- Target Achievement: Meet monthly client acquisition and disbursal quotas.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum 0-4 years in financial services, specifically in mortgage or secured loan sales.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA is typically a plus).
- Skills: Excellent negotiation, local market knowledge, and proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tracking tools.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
