About the Role
AIFL runs an in-house ERP application that covers projects, sales enquiries, engineering drawings, procurement, purchase orders, inspection and approvals. We are looking for a developer to take ownership of it - maintain it, add new features, deploy it, and help us bring AI into it (starting with an ERP assistant chatbot).
You will be the main developer on the product, working directly with our business teams. It is a hands-on role with real ownership and a lot of freedom in how you build.
What You Will Do
· Build and maintain features across the ERP - frontend screens, Flask APIs and SQL Server stored procedures.
· Fix issues end-to-end and support our users across sales, engineering and procurement.
· Deploy releases to our Dev, UAT and Production servers (IIS on Windows).
· Build AI features into the product - an ERP chatbot that answers questions on live data, and tools that pull information out of quotations and documents automatically.
What We Are Looking For
· 3+ years of full stack development - React with TypeScript on the frontend, Python (Flask, FastAPI or Django) on the backend.
· Good SQL Server / T-SQL skills. Most of our business logic sits in stored procedures, so you should be comfortable writing and debugging them.
· Some hands-on experience with AI / LLM APIs (Claude, OpenAI or similar) - a chatbot, a RAG setup, or any AI feature you have built, even as a side project.
· Willingness to handle your own deployments. Experience with IIS on Windows is a plus; if you have deployed elsewhere and can pick it up, that works too.
· B.E. / B.Tech / MCA or equivalent practical experience.
