1. End-to-End Shipment Monitoring
Track and monitor all shipments from pickup to final delivery through the Track and
Trace system, ensuring real-time operational visibility.
2. Operational Coordination
Coordinate with branches and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment movement
and timely issue resolution.
3. TAT Management
Monitor shipment movement against defined Turnaround Time (TAT) commitments
and escalate delays or operational exceptions proactively.
4. Exception and Escalation Handling
Identify delayed, Typo Error, Last mile scanning Issue, or failed delivery shipments
and take immediate corrective actions through continuous follow-up with courier
partners.
5. Shipment Status Management
Ensure accurate and timely updates of shipment statuses in the Track and Trace
system, Stock In, Stock Out, Return, last mile Delivery and exception cases.
6. Courier Partner Coordination
Maintain regular communication with branches to take shipment updates, resolve
operational concerns and improve TNT performance.
7. Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
Maintain records of delayed or failed shipments, conduct Root Cause Analysis
(RCA), and implement preventive and corrective actions to reduce operational
issues.
8. MIS and Performance Reporting
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports covering shipment status, TAT
adherence, delayed deliveries, exceptions, courier performance, and operational
trends.
9. Performance Review and Process Improvement
Conduct periodic performance reviews with courier partners and identify
opportunities for process optimization and service improvement.
10. Training and Efficiency Monitoring
Conduct Training initiatives by analysing TNT patterns, operational efficiency, and
Branch performance metrics.
11. Data Accuracy and Compliance
Ensure all shipment data, operational records, and tracking updates are accurately
maintained in the TNT as per company standards and compliance requirements.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
