Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Regional Manager to lead and oversee the performance of Territory Sales Managers across the assigned region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving regional sales growth, developing sales strategies, mentoring the team, monitoring performance, and ensuring the achievement of business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and mentor Territory Sales Managers across the assigned region.
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Monitor the performance of Territory Sales Managers and provide regular coaching and guidance.
- Review regional sales reports, analyze market trends, and identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure achievement of assigned regional sales targets and business objectives.
- Support Territory Sales Managers in closing key business opportunities and resolving customer concerns.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, field visits, and team meetings.
- Build and strengthen relationships with key clients and business partners.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth business operations and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare periodic regional performance reports and present business insights to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and reporting standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Territory Management.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in leading and managing sales teams.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach.
Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
