Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems
- Troubleshoot technical issues swiftly and effectively, minimizing downtime
- Supervise and guide junior technicians and contractors during repair and maintenance activities
- Maintain records of equipment servicing, repairs, and inventory
- Coordinate with other departments to address facility-related concerns proactively
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with local regulations
- Support installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment as needed
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
